Superconducting Quantum Interference Device (SQUID) magnetometer
Magnetic properties of the MBE grown samples are investigated using a commercially available Quantum Design MPMS XL Superconducting Quantum Interference Device (SQUID) magnetometer. The magnetometer contains a high-precision temperature control system that allows measurements between 1.9 K to 400 K with an accuracy of 0.01 K (valid at low temperatures). A superconducting magnet provides magnetic fields up to 5 T, with a field accuracy of 0.1 G (for small fields).
