The project aims to provide profound knowledge on III-V semiconductor heterostructures-nanostructures leading to extensive comprehension of growth mechanisms, microstructures and interfacial phenomena, as well as of the interrelation between structural and physical properties.
We participate in and coordinate the workpackage 'III-nitride nanowires'.
