ERDF Project (European Fund for Regional Development)

The funding purpose of the project serves for the construction and operation of the Application Laboratory Electron Tomography>> in the Microstructure Department.

The aims of the project are implementation, application and development of the tomography method in materials science and semiconductor and opto-elctronic technology. The project shall initiate cooperation and research projects with small and medium sized companies, preferred in the Berlin-Brandenburg area. By setting up this application laboratory, the Microstructure Department is offering its knowledge on applied research and electron tomography to partners from academia and industry.
