The workshop was held on October 13 and 14, 2011, at NTT Atsugi R&D center.

The workshop is organized by NTT, Japan and PDI, Germany.

Synchrotron radiation

Synchrotron radiation measurements are performed at the storage ring BESSY (Berliner Elektronenspeichering für Synchrotronstrahlung). In the experimental hutch of our wiggler beamline a 6-circle-diffractometer (Huber) is combined with an MBE system (Createc) as sketched in the figure.
