For both instruments, various ligth sources, beam splitters including broad-band Mylar foils, and detectors including bolometers are available. Furthermore, beam condensors for micro transmission, reflection with variable angle of incidence, attenuated reflection, and emission spectroscopy can be applied. Finally, polarization and temperatre dependent measurements (4 to 350 K) can be carried out.
