International workshop on atomic-scale manipulation and spectroscopy (AMS 2011)

The workshop was held on October 13 and 14, 2011, at NTT Atsugi R&D center.

The workshop is organized by NTT, Japan and PDI, Germany.

PDI Topical Workshop on MBE-grown Nitride Nanowires

Scope: Growth, physics, and applications of III-nitride nanowires grown by molecular beam epitaxy

Organized by Lutz Geelhaar

 

The intention of the workshop was to bring together the people working in this very specific field in a framework that encourages discussions. Each group is allocated a slot of 30 minutes for the presentation of their results (i.e. 25 min talk + 5 min discussion).


Submission of contributions was on invitation only, but the talks were open to the scientific public.
