The International Workshop on Gallium Oxide and Related Materials (IWGO) is the premier international forum for Ga₂O₃ and related materials, covering new developments in physics and oxide-related technology. The 5th workshop will be held in Berlin from May 26 – 31, 2024.

DGKK & DEMBE, the annual joint event from the Workshop of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Kristallwachstum und Kristallzüchtung (DGKK) on Epitaxy of III-V Semiconductors and the German MBE Workshop (DEMBE), will take place in Berlin in November/December 2024, organized by Paul-Drude-Institut für Festkörperelektronik.
