Control of Elementary Excitations by Acoustic Fields , Magnetic Materials for Spintronics and Magnetoacoustics

Dr. Alberto Hernández-Mínguez is a senior scientist and the current coordinator of the CReA Control of Elementary Excitations by Acoustic Fields. His research focuses on the high-frequency control of low-dimensional quantum systems by acoustic vibrations such as surface acoustic waves (SAWs). The work is performed in close collaboration with colleagues from other CReAs as well as with national and international collaborators.
