III-V Nanowires for Optoelectronics , Nitride Semiconductors

I specialise in the nanoscale characterisation of III-nitride materials and nanowire structures, using scanning electron microscopy techniques such as CL, EBSD, and EDX to understand their optoelectronic properties. My work supports the development of growth techniques for highly crystalline materials and optoelectronic devices.
