The workshop Nitrides in a New Light aims at bringing together international scientists working on diverse aspects of unconventional compounds and devices at the next frontier of nitride semiconductor research. The workshop also serves as a dedicated platform for students and early-career researchers to present their work, engage with leading experts, and forge lasting collaborative networks.

PDI is pleased to take part in Photonics Days again this year, organizing a two-part session at the event titled "Analytical electron microscopy for photonics," chaired by PDI's Jonas Lähnemann, co-chaired by Kagiso Loeto, and featuring talks by PDI's Karl Graser and Domenik Spallek. This will be complimented by a guided tour of PDI's labs later that week.
